We understand that it’s not easy to buy a good quality used car, especially because used car dealers make the process more painful and difficult than it needs to be. Our success is based on personal growth and continuous improvement. Because we enjoy what we do, our customers notice and take note.
We want to offer our customer the 21 years experience we’ve accrued to accomplish the following:
Hernando Rueda and Yenieth Zambrano, Owners of square One Auto moved to the US, specifically to Utah on October 23th of the year 2000. Hernando is an architect from Saint Thomas University with 10 years experience in project management and Yenieth is a business admistrator from ITAE college with 5 years in retail experience. Hernando started in the car business as a salesperson on December 12th 2000 at Menlove Toyota in Bountiful, Utah where he quickly became top 3 sales person consistently for the years 2001 and 2002 until the General Manager offered him a Team manager position half way through 2002. Since then, Hernando’s commitment and dedication allowed him to perform with excellency on every position available, team Manager, F&I Manager, Sales/desk Manager, Used car manager and General Manager for 4 franchise dealers. From 2009 to 2011 he had the great opportunity to work for one of his mentors, David Ibarra, CEO of the Ibarra Brito Group. This experience paved the way to allow him to learn even more about the car business from David, who in Hernando’s opinion, is one of the most knowledgeable people in the car business in the US. 2012 was the year when he took a job as the general manager for Salt Lake Valley Buick GMC and after this great experience he moved on to be the Used Car Manager for VW Southtowne from 2012 to 2016, until Hernando and his wife Yenieth, decided it was time to open their own Used car dealership and use his vast experience in the car business to help make the customer experience of buying a used car a pleasant and simple process where their customers are going to save time and money and have fun during this, until now, painful experience.
